Role: Lead analyst for system assessment and policy development
Client: Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment
This project combined actor analysis, interviews, procurement data analysis, LCA, MCDA, and Multi-Level Perspective assessment. The purpose was to support Dutch 2030 and 2050 climate-neutral and circular economy goals.
The work resulted in a flowchart-based implementation roadmap for procurement, energy transition, laboratory waste reduction, and organizational change.
