This work evaluates cleanroom operation scenarios through LCA, generalized morphological analysis, SSP-RCP scenarios, and IMAGE model data. It connects cleanroom energy performance with future electricity systems, climate trajectories, and facility constraints.
The project produced strategic guidance for low-carbon and climate-resilient cleanroom operations, with relevance for healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and microfabrication facilities.
